At the time of passing, call us and we will immediately arrange for your loved one to be picked up and transferred to the funeral provider of your choice.

If the death of a loved one has just occurred or is near:
1. If a death is expected, please contact us directly and we’ll notify the funeral home of your choice to be on standby. When a death occurs outside of a hospital or hospice, you must notify authorities so that the death can be legally pronounced. (Call 911 if police or paramedics are not present.)

3. Delegate family representative to help you notify friends and family.
